(RFP) Request for Proposal Videography Services: Production of Four Short Films for the SLIM Project

Purpose & Objective of Consultancy The Department of Environment, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Consultant – Videographer / Media Production Specialist The objectives of the Consultancy are – Produce four high-quality short films (5–10 minutes each) to document and promote the SLIM Project’s goals, community impact, and outcomes. – Produce 4 teaser videos (30-60 seconds each) for each film for social media usage Scope of Work The scope of work is understood to cover all the activities necessary to accomplish the stated objectives of the project including but not limited to the following: Pre-production: Planning, scripting support, location scouting, and scheduling interviews in collaboration with the DOE. Filming: Capturing high-quality video and audio at various SLIM project sites, events, and relevant locations across Antigua and Barbuda. Post-production: Editing, sound design, color correction, captions/subtitles, and delivery in digital formats.
