Murbee Resorts Inc. proposes to build the Rosewood Barbuda Resort on
the southwest coast of Barbuda. The development will be constructed on a 160.48-acre plot
in four phases. It will include 50 keys/suites, guest pools, an organic farm, restaurants, a spa
and fitness facility, a kids club, sports courts, employee housing, and a house area. The
developers aim to create a luxury resort and residences that deliver an exquisite and unrivalled
guest experience. The project will provide public beach access at the western edge of the
property and the port access location on the eastern edge will not be impacted.
