ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT Johnsons Point Residential Development

Top Bay Real Estate Corporation Ltd. has submitted a plan to the DCA proposing to construct a
vacation property in Johnsons Point, Antigua. The 3.7-acre property, which is designed to
accommodate a large family, reflects the Client’s longstanding appreciation for the island’s natural environment. It was deemed that the project requires an Environmental Impact Assessment in order to inform final recommendation for its approval.
