Project Goal
The IRMF RS will complement the RSOS by strengthening the capacity of the DOE ATG’s staff to monitor and evaluate this project and other GCF projects in the DOE ATG’s portfolio against the new framework. It will support the DAE in enhancing its reporting on progress made in achieving paradigm shift and creating an enabling environment for implementation of the 2021 Nationally Determined Contributions (‘NDCs’).
