The expected outcomes of the project are: (a) improved disaster resilience of the health and education sectors through the provision of a resilient, grid-interactive energy supply in rural health and education facilities; and (b) reduced greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by GOB through the increased use of solar energy (reducing the use of fossil fuels) to assist the GOAB achieve their Climate Vulnerability and Change (CVC) targets.
