THE CITES APPENDICES I, II AND ill ORDER, 2025 made by the Minister pursuant to section 65(4) of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, 2019 (No. 10 of 2019).
1.Citation and commencement

- (1) This Order may be cited as The CITES Appendices I, II and III Order, 2025.

- (2) This Order takes effect on the 30th day of June, 2025.
2. Declaration of protected species
In accordance with the powers granted under section 65 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, 2019 (No. 10 of 2019), I, Sir Molwym Joseph, Minister with responsibility for the Environment, hereby publish the Schedule attached hereto detailing the Appendices I, II and III of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
