I can’t believe this is even a suggestion! You are going to destroy that beautiful land to put an ugly structure there. We already have one eyesore - SANDALS which is suitable for Dickinson Bay TRY AGAIN that will not work !

Whilst this comprehensive report is to be commended, 80 rooms on 1.2 acres is simply over development. Sandals and Best Western spring to mind. There will be at least 80 parking spaces required on site, not on the street. Where are they?

How is this development possibly going to have a waste treatment plant capable of handling the waste fromsuch density. Half Moon Bay is a National Park. We have not got enough water or electricity now. This is a crime against the environmen
