Evaluator of the Terminal Evaluation of the Adaptation Project Purpose and Objective The purpose of this consultancy is to conduct an independent terminal evaluation of the project titled “An Integrated Approach to Physical Adaptation and Community Resilience in Antigua and Barbuda’s Northwest McKinnon’s Watershed”, funded by the Adaptation Fund and implemented by the Department of Environment (DoE) in Antigua and Barbuda. This evaluation will assess the extent to which the project has achieved its stated objectives and outcomes, the sustainability of these outcomes, and the overall effectiveness, efficiency and impact of project implementation. The consultancy will provide an unbiased and comprehensive evaluation that adheres to the Evaluation Policy of the Adaptation and the Evaluation Policy for the Green Climate Fund.
