Purpose & Objective of Consultancy The purpose of this consultancy is to design, supply, deliver, install, and operationalize a portable solar training laboratory at the Antigua and Barbuda Institute of Continuing Education (ABICE). The objective is to provide structured hands-on solar installation training, including a train-the-trainer component and mentorship programme, under the OAS-DCF project titled “Impact of Climate Change on Women and Disadvantaged Communities.” Overall, the consultancy aims to: Equip women and underserved youth with practical solar installation and maintenance skills. Build a sustainable network of trained community facilitators capable of replicating and continuing local solar training programmes. Environmental Impact Assessment Rosewood Barbuda ESIA Rosewood Barbuda ESIA Murbee Resorts Inc. proposes to build the Rosewood Barbuda Resort onthe southwest coast of Barbuda. The development will be constructed on a 160.48-acre plotin four phases. It will include 50 keys/suites, guest pools, an organic farm, restaurants, a spaand fitness facility, a kids club, sports courts, employee housing, and a house area. Thedevelopers aim to create a luxury resort and residences that deliver an exquisite and unrivalledguest experience. The project will provide public beach access at the western edge of theproperty and the port access location on the eastern edge will not be impacted.
