Environmental Impact Assessment Rosewood Barbuda ESIA Rosewood Barbuda ESIA Murbee Resorts Inc. proposes to build the Rosewood Barbuda Resort onthe southwest coast of Barbuda. The development will be constructed on a 160.48-acre plotin four phases. It will include 50 keys/suites, guest pools, an organic farm, restaurants, a spaand fitness facility, a kids club, sports courts, employee housing, and a house area. Thedevelopers aim to create a luxury resort and residences that deliver an exquisite and unrivalledguest experience. The project will provide public beach access at the western edge of theproperty and the port access location on the eastern edge will not be impacted. New Breakwater Construction Project in the South EIA
The Department of Environment in Antigua and Barbuda announces the initiation of a significant environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the proposed breakwater construction project in the southern region. This ambitious endeavor aims to enhance coastal protection and bolster the resilience of our shores against the impacts of climate change.
